Here we go starting into another week, hope everybody had a great weekend. We did our usual market Sat. morning, and sold a few things, had a good time. Sheila Landry sent out a newsletter over the weekend and has added some new patterns so drop on by and check them out  http://www.sheilalandrydesigns.com/scroll-saw-patterns  .  I saw an article about this gentleman in the holiday issue of Scrollsaw woodworking and crafts and stopped by his site to check him out. Looks like Santa's workshop has some competion   http://www.timswoodentoyshop.com/ . Also saw something in one of Steve Goods emails, he now has his pattern printer program accesible online here http://www.stevedgood.com/stencil/ so stop by and bookmark it if you use it.

Joe Adams shared some of his latest intarsia with us, stop by and check out his pictures here

my latest set of intarsias. Several pics may take a moment to load,.

Still working on the Christmas candle holders and made some pink ribbons for friends and relatives.

The candle holders are turning out to be more than I thought! Need 12 of them for presents! Still, it's fun and some shop time.

Those are all looking good Harry. What kind of wood are you using for the candle holders?

They're a pattern from Steve Good. I cut them out of oak and  finished them with BLO. We have battery powered mini tea lights to go inside.

Harry - good lookin projects you have there, my friend.

Greg - nothing cut this weekend.  Spent the entire weekend at a show up in Tennessee - also sold a few items and had a really good time.  Doing some serious dusting this week to get ready for our next show in North Carolina - Have to leave on Thursday for this one - too little time - lots of shop hours this week.

I hear ya Fred, Looks like I'm spending most of my shop time in Mr. Quatlebaum's shop this week working on the veterans crosses. We've got 8 assembled and 8 more ready to assemble, then paint. Hopefully that will be enough for a while. I truly wish we would be at peace forever and never need another one, but one can only hope.
