Man those are pretty awesome.

I have tried in the past to cut this stuff on my scroll saw and it would melt back together. Never thought I was using the wrong blade. now I got to try to make gears.

From what I have found, on the thin stuff, paper or tape helps a whole lot with the melting.

Yep the blade makes a big difference, so does having tape or the paper on it. I had to cut some a while back and contacted Rick Hutcheson about it and that is what he told me. Stop by his site there are a lot of good videos on scrolling and turning.
