November 2, 201213 yr comment_21673 This weekend (my weekend start on Friday)I'll start milling stock for 6 TV cabinet that go in one of the High School hallways. I'll be doing the milling and "stuff" in my home shop. I sometime bring my work home because I have better equipment than at work of some things. Yes, they make it up to me. The project is 6 TV boxes that house/protect the TV's from kid breaking them. The are basically a large shallow box with a face frame that is hinge at the top so they can swing up to gain assess to the inside. The top opening in where the TV goes behind a glass panel. The smaller lower opening get a flat or raised panel and hides the electrical "stuff". The inside of the box is painted flat black and the outside will stain and clear coat. Report

I'll let the sock sit a bit and then finish milling to finial thickness. I also finished cutting all the plywood parts for the box including edge banding the edge of the plywood you'll see when you open the box. Tomorrow I can start putting the boxes together.
