January 2, 201313 yr That is slick Rich.Just to confirm, this is an application to place measurements, it does not calculate scale according to the photo right? So if your a cabinet maker, you could go into a kitchen, measure manually with a tape, then you can take a photo of the kitchen, and apply those measurements on this app? It would reduce paper and drawings. That is the way I see it and this could be very useful, thanks for sharing.John MorrisThe Patriot WoodworkerProud Supporter of Homes For Our Troops and Wounded Warriors Project
January 2, 201313 yr Author You are right John, however since I posted I found another app that looks even more useful. It's called "MultiMeasure" and it states It can take measurements if you provide one reference measurement. You can find it herehttps://itunes.apple.com/us/app/multimeasure/id396067036?mt=8John Morris said:That is slick Rich.Just to confirm, this is an application to place measurements, it does not calculate scale according to the photo right? So if your a cabinet maker, you could go into a kitchen, measure manually with a tape, then you can take a photo of the kitchen, and apply those measurements on this app? January 2, 201313 yr That's pretty neat and I like the looks of the other one. I think I saw a free version of the second one. Might let you at least give it a try without all of the features before you lay down you hard earned 1.99. LOLThanks for the links.John MoodySite AdministratorJohn Moody Woodworkshttp://www.johnmoodywoodworks.com
