January 2, 201313 yr comment_19008 A couple a weeks ago we were talking about what the weekend project was, and I showed my cedar curio stand prior to final finishing. Â John wanted to see it after I was done, so I thought I'd take the opportunity to show the finished Christmas gift delivered and in place. Â It will be home to items and keepsakes from my grandmother that were passed on to my mother after her passing. Finish was three coats of clear spray enamel, then three coats of Minwax paste wax, buffed with a pad in between each coat. It really brought out the deep grain of the cedar. Â Wish I had my full photography kit available so I could make it look even better. Report
