January 9, 201313 yr Now that was a fun project eh Rich!I love it. Very nice and professional. You have excellent sign making talents in addition. Rich you gotta love your job, what a neat variety of projects you work on. Do you do any facilities maintenance as a part of your job or are you strictly shop?Back to the sign, is the print at the bottom and the top painted on, sand blasted, carved?John MorrisThe Patriot WoodworkerProud Supporter of Homes For Our Troops and Wounded Warriors Project
January 9, 201313 yr Author Thanks John, yes I like my job a lot. I'm 69 now and have no immediate plans to retire even though I could. I think working is good for the mind and body if you enjoy what your doing.  My wife is 12 years younger than I and I would  feel guilty seeing her off to work while I stay home.  I still get around well have no know medical problems yet even though I should. The way I've treaded my body hasn't been exactly exemplary.  I have some photos of a break room table I finished recently and I get those up soon.RichSomewhere in Kenya.... a village is missing its idiot!
