I really love the clock! Do you have elves working in your shop? You must because you seem to get an awful lot accomplished in a short amount of time. I wish I had your stamina! Again that is one impressive clock and the light make it even more so. Where did you get the plans?

I'm getting close to finishing my jewelry boxes. I got the lids veneered and the box carcasses assembled.  I would have had them done but the three woodworking stores  (Rockler, Woodcraft & Woodcrafters) here in Portland didn't have the hardware I needed and had to order from Lee Valley and I'm waiting for the trim router I ordered to cut the hinge mortise. The two Tritons I have are too big and awkward to mortise the thin stock.

Thanks for posting.

Fred,

I really like the clocks you make, and can really relate to your third photo.

Looks like you had a productive weekend Fred. That clock is looking great. I actually got a few things finished myself.

Some tea light holders

Man! You guys have been really busy.

I am in awe of your productivity and absolutely delighted with the all the neat projects.

Such talent that abounds here.

I'm ashamed to say that all I got done was cutting to size most the parts to a gun cabinet.

In the process of planing them now.

Gene I think they both have elves! Now they're just rubbing it in.

Greg - love your elves.  How do they stay dust free?  Good lookin project, sire.

Notice, guys, that the title says "finished".  Alas, the clock is not "finished" - just a status report.  The others were cut over a couple of weeks - just now got the finish on them.  Elves?  If I had them, I would get a lot more done.  Amazed that nobody said anything about the "topping out" flag ! ! ! !

Later, guys - and thank you for the roses

The flag is a nice touch Fred!  How long did it take you to build it?
