January 23, 201313 yr Years ago I made my wife a crochet hook. Yesterday the dog got it and chewed it into pieces. That meant that she wanted another. Last time I used my hand as a support and didn't like the safety aspect, would it break and git me? Â This time I used the center support that I made and it came out pretty good. MUCH better than last time, I used Purple Heart, her favorite. It still has some refinement to go. I will alter the hook as she sees fit. There is NOT room for errors when something is 4mm dia.
