Chips N Dust
I just read that Phil saw his shadow, 6 more weeks of winter. For us on this side of the US, I guess that 6 more weeks will start after next week, since they are forecasting mid to upper 60's from now to end of next week. Link to comment
HandyDan
Starts today here. 12° with a dusting of snow on the ground. It is sunny but the the predicted high is 20°. Link to comment
Fred W. Hargis Jr
No self respecting groundhog would come out of his hole on a day like today (11º) so I declare he didn't see his shadow around us. But winter will still probably be around for another 6 weeks or so. I did see out local meteorologist grumble about why did he go to school for so long if all you have to do is get up and look at your shadow. Link to comment
HARO50
Since the coyotes moved in "en masse", we have no more groundhogs around here. No groundhog, no shadow. No shadow, EARLY SPRING!!! Yeah, RIGHT! John Link to comment
