Smallpatch
Your gonna have to have some long arms to use that. How far past the end of the picture does it go? Dane Franco
Dane Franco
Just looks long b/c I didn’t Cut the miter track dado yet. Same distance in front of the bit as a Rockler router table. But I don’t have to worry about that stupid miter track cuz I gotta a toss the thing! John Morris, Grandpadave52 and Cal

Smallpatch
That side never gets used anyway. Your fence should cover it up. If it were mine I would leave it to remind myself to check all measurements and sizes before cutting anything.... Gene Howe
I'd be reaching for the Bondo. As Jesse said, the fence will cover it anyway. Edited January 13, 2018 by Gene Howe Cal, Dane Franco and Grandpadave52

I made a jig for the old router saw wing -and use that on this new wing. Too bad plates are standardized ...... Popular Post Grandpadave52
Good you can laugh at the mistake Dane and even better share it here. Glad you joined us...spreads the misery around so it's not my turn as often. Most folks wouldn't share their mistakes with others. Says a lot about your character. I get excited when I can share something other than my "duh" moments. Dane Franco, p_toad, Artie and 2 others 2
Dadio
If it was me ,I would use the old plate as a template and mark out a piece to patch in the mistake and fill in the space.. Herb Dane Franco, p_toad and Cal

Spend two days with a helper making a flat long term saw table to only hear on a couple weeks we have decided to get you a sawstop................................
