The verbiage in the Ad said drill press & jig saw (scroll saw). I could make out the scroll saw part but had to study the machine a bit to locate the drill press...That vertical shaft with the large wooden pulley appears to be the drill press spindle. It has a collet with a screw on the bottom of the shaft. The long red handle moves the spindle down and the large "spring steel" rod apparently functions as a "return spring." Al B Posted May 12, 2017 Report Share Posted May 12, 2017 This looks like it may be a one of a kind tool. It looks like there are 2 separate belts, one for the saw, which appears to be on the pulleys and one for the drill press laying loose under the tool which fits on the pulley on the DP shaft and would run to the pulleys at the rear and on to the drive wheel below.
