I'm a retires welder. Started as an apprentice at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. After my 4 year apprenticeship, I was given the honor of striking the symbolic "first arc" at keel laying ceremonies for the Submarine USS Tinosa, an attack type nuclear submarine. The honor was given to me because I had achieved the highest average grades in my graduating class, both in classroom and in work performance.
I've enjoyed photography as a hobby, but woodworking has really taken most of my free time since my retirement in 2003.
