Dale Felice 324 Posted February 13, 2018 (edited) Report Share Believe it or not, once everything is set up it's quick. Drilling the holes at a specified 28° was the hardest part. I just zipped them at high speed on the saw. I made 2 bowls in about an hour. The sanding is the bugger because I didn't have a spindle sander. Grandpadave52 49,300 Posted February 13, 2018 (edited) Report Share Well you've demonstrated another skill/gift you possess I'd not seen before... Nothing short of awesome Dale! What's your plan for finish? Edited February 13, 2018 by Grandpadave52 Quote Link to comment
Dale Felice 324 Posted February 13, 2018 (edited) Report Share Thank You! I'm thinking just a simple spar varnish in real thin thin coats. Perhaps wiped on? Use a touch of thinner too. It should really draw out the grain in this. Since its just a candy bowl, spar should be ok. Edited February 13, 2018 by Dale Felice Quote Link to comment
