Popular Post kmealy 11,440
This showed up as an ad on an article I was reading. I thought, hmm, a handsaw with a motor that moves the blade back and forth. How strange is that? Then I followed the link and found out it's for use in a slaughterhouse to cut open carcases or slice off major meat components. Popular Post Fred W. Hargis Jr 10,096
There was some show I was watching about catching Tuna. They'd haul their catch in and the buywe would ut the head and tail off using on of those saws....sometimes. Other times they just pulled out a battery recip saw, guess it had a fish cutting blade on it. FlGatorwood, Artie, Cal and 2 others 2

Fred W. Hargis Jr 10,096
No, they are rated by length and weight...much like fish. The one I saw was 134" long and weighed 36#. Edited Tuesday at 01:31 PM by Fred W. Hargis Jr FlGatorwood, p_toad, Gene Howe and 1 other
HandyDan 87,711
This saw would be easiest to clean at the end of the day. Band saw and saws all would be a pain to clean. p_toad, Fred W. Hargis Jr and FlGatorwood
