I'm having trouble with my router Plunge Locking Lever not fully locking. There is nothing in the manual for repairing this is there a solution somebody can give me? Thanks Pat

In the diagram I see a screw at the end of the shaft that possibly can be tightened to stake up some slack caused by wear.  Appears to be a hex headed screw.  Look at the mechanism and see if this is indeed possible.  Be my 1st place to look.  Also it has a spring and some washers.  For a diagram I looked on ereplacements.com.

It turns out that the locking lever can just be lifted forward and set down one notch back further on the large hexnut that captures it.

The salesperson at the BB had issue with me asking could I take it apart and look at something.:)

Good find, I was sure some adjustment for wear was possible.
