A couple questions, Stick. Use a 3/4" thick piece, or thicker? Stop it just before the back teeth? Cal and Dadio

Yeah, i figgered it should be thicker. Why the difference in placement, though? Edited March 30, 2019 by Gene Howe Cal

kmealy
I have a Delta Unifence that will slide front to back. (It was before they started doing Beismeyer-style fences). It works great this way. Also flips so you can use it to trim off a top layer like veneer. But it makes it difficult to make jigs to strattle the fence. MDF and or fiberboard do have it's places. I can think of an example where one of them has to be used.
