LOL Now, just because you had a birthday and had a lemon pie, aren't you going to share? Yum. Remember the days at some drive ins you could drive up and request lemon ice box pie with a graham crust? Another good food that is rarely available. I make a lemon cake, poke it full of holes after it is baked, make an icing with lemon juice and confectioners sugar and a teaspoon of water to pour over it. Good for a couple days.
