John Morris
OH ya! The bandsaw works beautifully, it's amazing, so simple, and preset and calibrated, very few moving parts, the genius is in the simplicity of the BS. The jointer planer attachment, same, works fine, it's a little noisy but I think I just have to sharpen the blades and it'll quiet down. Larry Buskirk
I could have got one like that complete with all attachments for $500.00 awhile back. It was all original and ran&looked perfect. Edited October 23, 2018 by Larry Buskirk

Gene Howe
An MK V is old enough for me. The only tools I restore are pencils. @John Morris, William Ng has the best video I've seen for sharpening jointer blades. I had one of these doohickeys that worked pretty good. I gave it to the guy that I gave the Sears jointer to. Edited October 23, 2018 by Gene Howe John Morris, Artie and Grandpadave52

Smallpatch
I decided to take some pictures of my shop to show my shop and when I came in and posted them I saw in one of the pictures a box that had a project I started a year or so ago and then forgot about posting anything for I went out and started on that project again. But then when I reread this original post by John no one was showing their shops for he was talking about other things so I didn't miss out on the shops thingy.. And, I'll get some pics of mine...after cleanup is finished. Dadio, Grandpadave52 and Artie
Larry Buskirk
John, & Gene, I like the fact that it's a single motor machine. 3 hours ago, John Morris said: That's why you need an old ER Larry! But you still have to do them. 2 hours ago, Gene Howe said: Vee haff vays around dat. Vee also haff vays of combining machines and running them from a single motor. But Vee are not going to tell you now. You'll have to wait for an upcoming Old Machinery post. John Morris
Larry, don't upload anymore GIF's, it's taxing our resources. Please shoot me a file full of the GIF's you'd like to have here, and I can load them up in our emoticon menu. Thanks!
