lew
Maybe that citrus type paint remover. JUST GUESSING! Try it in an inconspicuous place to make sure it doesn't damage the siding. Maybe a toothbrush to help, depending on the area??

p_toad
How long has it been on there? Did you try pressure washing it?

schnewj
The bad news is that I never, ever, found a way to get Minwax stain off of vinyl siding (don't ask how I know about this). I finally gave up and just replaced the section with a piece of spare vinyl I had left over.
HandyDan
The auto parts stores carry plastic cleaners/polishers for automotive headlights and trim and may be worth a try.

p_toad
you could also try some cutting compound and a buffer on the end of your drill.
