As to the printing of them I'll supply a link that can explain it better than I can. They are made using waterslide decal paper like used for plastic model kits. Staples, and other office supply stores should carry it or be able to get it for you. I sized the one's I made on my computer printer combination but they may require resizing due to your particular computer printer combination.
