Popular Post John Morris
Came across an oldie but goodie tool. Dad dropped a few things off at my place a year ago, I stashed them for later. During my cleaning I came back across this neat old Kreg Jig. I don't think he ever used it. He loved Wood Magazine, this would have been in the late 80's he purchased this, no doubt because it was Wood Magazine top choice rated. Even says so on the box lid. Pretty cool eh! Danged near Dave, seeing the images prompted me to delve into the workbench storage and I dug these out! Thanks for the kind comments regarding pops, you hit it dead on. Joeb41
That is a real treasure John. I'll bet if you send that photo to Kreg they could give you more info on it. Grandpadave52, John Morris and HARO50

Kelso Chris
Its neat to see a tool from recent times that has evolved into a go to tool in many shops. It seems that every year or two they come out with a new revolutionary tool that vanishes a year or two later. John Morris

I don't use pocket hole joinery at all, I did awhile back when I was building casework, I used my own modern day Kreg for the face frames, but I have not used pocket holes in years. That being said, it's a piece of ol dad, I'll keep it. HARO50, Grandpadave52 and John Moody

Warped & Twisted
I have one of those too. I don't have the box or the instructions and the jig it's self doesn't say K 4 on it. I'm pretty sure this is the same jig. It still my go jig unless I use Kreg Jig 3 that i carry in my tools box.
