Harry Brink
Thanks Wayne. Learning and trying new ways with each of them. This new saw is so nice. It's able to do things my old one would be bouncing off the stand with!Ordered some more F/D blades from Mike. They lasted 4x and smother cuts than my old blades.Harry BrinkBulldog WoodworkingMontana
Harry Brink
True. They are just straight cuts on 2 sides of a block of wood but the pattern books call them either compound or 3D cuts.dragon1 said:hate to say it but they are straight cuts not compound cuts
Wayne
Harry you will love the FD blades. They do last longer and cut better in my opinion.Wayne MahlerGod bless and protect our troops that serve so we can be free.

Harry Brink
Thanks. For now they're all done. I painted some of them and others are going to the young kids of the family in Ca. along with a small set of water colors so they can paint them. The F/D blades are great! They out last the other blades I was using by about 4x's. I've had to re-learn sawing because they cut so well!Harry BrinkBulldog WoodworkingMontana
Fred Wilson
Cute, Harry - yeh, compound cuts ARE fun. Â Just like a famous (or infamous) law that was passed by congress - you never know what's in it until you pass it out of the cuts.Fredaka Pop's Shopwww.pops-shop.com'Soooooo many patterns - sooooo little time'Scroll Saw Forum Host
