About 15 years ago I saw this slab of Bubinga at our local lumber yard. It was priced at $3000 back then. I have also read that they are among the endangered species. It would take hundreds of years to grow one that big. This one became a conference table and a beauty

I think Lew has one like this that could handle that slab in his basement shop.:lol:

The swing over the bed is 16'.
