Just trying out auto links for our wiki configuration.

A good worker is Sam Maloof

A wonderful woodworker is James Krenov

Krenov had a very interesting child hood.

A great tool to use for shaping timbers is an adze

How would you like to contribute to our Glossary?

George Nakashima is a national treasure.

Nakashima lived simply.

Hmm, Nakashima on the last line did not auto populate.

Neither did Krenov.

Ya not bad, I am still hung up on the links not working if the subject starts the sentence off.

If you look at the OP, you'll see the sentence:

Nakashima lived simply.

You'll noticed Nakashima did not link up, because if a user starts the sentence off with the subject, the link will not work, it only works when the subject is inside of a sentence or string of text. I think that is ok though, most of us would include a subject such as adze, or hammer, or Sam Maloof within a sentence.

My overall goal is to have an informational packed community and to help spur contributions to our wiki by our members when they click on a linked wiki page.

Fun stuff!

You can all try it too, use some of the subject words in the OP in your posts, and when you save your post, the auto linking populates your post.
