Kindling maker

been tossing this around a while,

4 six dollar harbor fright brick chisels

16" of 1" sq  x 1/8" thick steel tube

some welding cutting  drilling  and turning later

I'd say your welding is improving!  Great idea although it might be a challenge to keep sharp.

 

If nothing else, it is a super way to work out your aggressions :)

The welding is horrible.  My welding is drek but it stays stuck and can pass the BFH test.

I have a real problem with eye sight welding. For whatever reason I just can't get a good focus on things.

 

I'll sharpen it with an angle grinder and files.. I gotta steepen the angles   it takes too much  hammering to start the split.
