Laguna Tools Acquires SuperMax Tools

 

Irvine, California – September 18th, 2017: Laguna Tools announces it has completed the acquisition of St. Joseph Tools, LLC d/b/a SuperMax Tools.

Based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, SuperMax designs and sells award winning drum, brush and combo sanders for the woodworking and metalworking industries. 
SuperMax also sells sander accessories including dust collectors, abrasives and brushes.

 

“The acquisition of SuperMax will add products that are highly complementary to our product lineup,” says Torben Helshoj, founder and CEO of Laguna. 
“SuperMax’s brush and drum sanders are best-in-class and we look forward to offering customers our complete line of superior woodworking and metalworking equipment.”
