  1. Been wanting to do tulips for a while but instead of cutting the notch ahead wanted to turn thin and carve them. You could say this is a prototype as I plan to mak some changes such as smaller petals. The dye does not do well in pecan. But it is passable.
  2. It was very cold here today and kept the garage shut up. It stayed around 40 degrees with my small heater. So I decided to finish a project that I had started years ago. A replica of the rare Oak tree flower It is pretty big and I left it alone for years because I didn't know how to finish it. I got an idea and put some leopard wood scrap in the center. I don't know who will want it yet, but I'm sure someone will speak up
