Profile Information

Please tell us about yourself.: I am a hobby wood worker. Self taught by a poor teacher. I build mostly for myself but am asked frequently to build for others. I have recently begun turning. The table saw is lonely.

I spent most of my adult life serving in the U.S. Navy. I enlisted for a job, and stayed because of the adventure. I retired in 2000. I miss it every day.

Please describe your main woodworking interests.: I just love the smell of sawdust in the mornings.
