Ron Altier
Today I was sawing some 4" circles out of 4 1/2" square cedar blocks. I was using my 14" Jet bandsaw with a new blade. I was finishing the last fraction of an inch on the last piece. I ALWAYS, ALWAYS apply pressure in a direction that keep my fingers away from the blade if slippage takes place. I don't know how or why, but there was a slippage. Next thing I know my finger got in to and on the side of the blade. I felt the teeth hit my finger and quickly looked to see how damage I had done. NO BLOOD. NO DAMAGE. NO SCRATCHES!!!!!!!!!!! I have NO idea, but am VERY thankful! John Moody
